On your paybill or till with an account number like TITHE, from the app with an M-Pesa prompt, or by USSD.

Before anything is counted, MyChurch checks the M-Pesa code and the amount with Safaricom. A payment that cannot be confirmed waits.

Tithe, offering, a fundraiser, a pledge or an event. A payment that matches nothing waits on a review list for the office.

An SMS in your church's name with the amount, the M-Pesa code and their running total, within moments.

What pastors and treasurers ask us
Does the money our members give pass through MyChurch?
No. Members give to your church's own paybill, till or bank account. MyChurch records each payment, confirms it with Safaricom and sends the receipt. The money stays in the church's account.
Our members are not all on smartphones. Will this work for them?
Yes. Every member gets SMS receipts and messages on any phone. On the Premium plan, members can also check in, give and pledge through a USSD menu that works without data.
We are not good with computers. Will we manage?
Yes. MyChurch is made for church offices, not technicians. We set up your church with you, help you bring your members across from Excel, and the people who build MyChurch answer the phone when you need help.
How much does it cost?
Basic is KES 5,800 a month and Premium is KES 8,120 a month, VAT included, paid on M-Pesa paybill 4010963.
