Members help keep it current
Members register themselves in the app, or by USSD on Premium, and update their own details. The church approves new members before they appear.

Members who stop attending are flagged after the number of days you choose, and visitors are recorded with their first-visit answers, ready for follow-up.

Birthday, wedding anniversary and children's birthday messages go out on the day, in your church's name, without anyone having to remember.

About members and families
We keep our members in Excel. Can we bring them across?
Yes. Members, children and department lists can be imported from Excel, and we help you with the first import.
Can members update their own details?
Yes. In the My Church app members update their profile, add children and invite a spouse. Changes to the family need the member's PIN.
Who can see member information?
Only your church's staff, each limited to what their role allows. Member data belongs to the church, and members can ask for theirs to be deleted.
