About check-ins and children
Do members need a smartphone to check in?
No. They can use a service code, a fingerprint device at the door, or, on the Premium plan, a USSD menu that works on any phone without data.
How does child check-out work?
When a child is checked in, a code is issued. At check-out the child is released only to a parent or a trusted adult named on the child's record, and the parent gets an SMS straight away.
Can we record attendance for services where nobody checks in?
Yes. Ushers can enter a head count for any service, so every gathering is counted.
